Due to the perishable nature of our fresh meat and artisan products, we are unable to accept physical returns, but we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your order. If any item arrives damaged or fails to meet our high quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a full resolution.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, immediately check your order against the delivery note and inspect the vacuum packaging and temperature of the goods.
- 2.Document Any Issues
If there is a problem with a product, please take clear photographs of the item, the packaging, and the batch label for our quality control team.
- 3.Contact Customer Support
Email our team at [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt, including your order number and the photos of the affected items.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once reviewed, we will issue a pro-rata refund to your original payment method or arrange for a replacement item to be sent in your next delivery.
